Answer every reviewer comment, in order, once
Editors reject revisions for one reason more than any other: a comment that was never answered, or answered somewhere the reviewer could not find. This builder splits a decision letter into individual comments, keeps the numbering the editor used, and holds you to a response for each one.
How to build the response
For each point you choose whether you made the change, partly made it, clarified the text, or are not changing it, and you name what changed and where. The tool writes the sentence; you supply the substance. Nothing is stored and no account is needed.
Should I ever say no to a reviewer?
Yes, when the data cannot support the change. State the reason in methodological terms, show what you did instead, and note it in the limitations. Reviewers accept a reasoned refusal far more often than a change the data cannot carry.
