Build the PRISMA flow diagram from your own counts
The PRISMA diagram is the first thing a systematic review editor checks, and the most common problem is arithmetic that does not close. This builder draws the 2020 diagram from your numbers and tells you the moment they stop adding up, before a reviewer does.
How to build the diagram
Enter the counts from your search, keeping records from databases separate from records found by other methods, because PRISMA 2020 reports them separately. Eligibility exclusions belong in the side box with a reason and a count. If a stage does not reconcile, the tool tells you the number it expected.
Can I use the diagram in a journal submission?
Yes. It is your data, drawn by this page, with no watermark or attribution requirement. The SVG scales without loss, and journals that ask for an editable figure accept SVG or a PNG exported from it.
