A paper is fourteen jobs. JournalPal gives each one a workspace.
Ideation, literature review, research question, planning, methodology, sampling, data collection, analysis, results, discussion, conclusion, abstract, polish, submit. Every stage carries its own progress, its own checklist and its own material, and the manuscript assembles as you go. The ideas, the writing and what you submit are yours.
The fourteen stages
Each stage stands on its own and reports how complete it is, so a section that only looks finished does not read as finished. You can be at seventy percent on the literature review while the research question and planning are already done.
Literature review
Find and screen, read, synthesise, then plan and write. Every search result is marked include or reject with the reason kept, the reading queue counts what is still unread and untagged, and saved quotes become the themes and gaps the review is drafted from.
Methods and results
Approach and paradigm with a justification and a reviewer-check prompt, then participants, data collection, analysis, trustworthiness and ethics. Results are written table by table, describing what each one shows without interpreting it.
Discussion and conclusions
Research questions are paired with the hypotheses they imply at stage three, and the discussion is held to that pairing. Conclusions come from the approved discussion, and the abstract is written last, once the findings are settled.
Submission and revision
Journal match, cover letter and checklist, with declarations and a reference check before upload. When reviews return, comments split into a response table and the revision letter is built from the changes actually made.
Does JournalPal write the paper for me?
It drafts inside each stage from material you supply: your sources, your protocol, your tables. Every draft is editable and the ideas, the writing and what you submit remain yours. A scored pre-submission review of a finished manuscript is Journal Examiner, a separate module.
